Shipping policy
All orders placed will be dispatched from the designated warehouse within 2 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 4-7 business days for dispatch.
Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Wild Buffalo is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed, we cannot make any changes to the address or redirect the parcel. If this happens, Wild Buffalo won’t be able to send you another parcel or issue a refund.
In the event that a parcel is returned to Wild Buffalo for reasons such as non-payment of fees, duties, taxes, incorrect address, or being unclaimed at the post office, please email contact@trywildbuffalo.com to arrange redelivery. You may be responsible for all postage costs.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Wild Buffalo. Upon delivery, you must inspect the products for any shortages or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify Wild Buffalo in writing within 7 days of receiving the products at contact@trywildbuffalo.com. If Wild Buffalo has provided you with more products than what you ordered, please notify us and return the surplus items to us (we will cover the shipping costs).
Risk in the Products will pass to you upon delivery. Wild Buffalo is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that a parcel is missing, you are responsible for contacting the carrier or local authorities. We won’t be able to send you another parcel or issue a refund. Responsibility for the parcel will pass to you once the product(s) have been delivered to the carrier.
All delivery times quoted are indicative only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
All shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed.
