You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and receive a full refund of the purchase price—no questions asked.

Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return address and further instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale

Exchanges:

Want a different product? Simply return your unopened item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, you’ll be refunded the full product price (excluding shipping) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
